1. About this website

This website is operated by Lorna Earnshaw through the Lorna Influencer and Lorna Finds brands. It presents creator services, Amazon-related product reviews, live-shopping work, music, educational content, and the Speak Out! ebook. These Terms apply only to this website; third-party platforms have their own terms.

2. Acceptable use

You may use the site for lawful, personal, informational, or legitimate business-inquiry purposes. You may not interfere with the site, attempt unauthorized access, introduce malicious code, scrape or copy the site at scale, misrepresent your identity, infringe another person’s rights, or use the site for unlawful, abusive, or deceptive activity.

3. Content and intellectual property

Unless otherwise stated, the site’s text, branding, photographs, videos, music, designs, graphics, downloads, and other original material are owned by or licensed to Lorna Earnshaw and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Third-party names, marks, product images, embeds, and platform logos belong to their respective owners.

You may view the site and download expressly offered materials for your own personal, non-commercial use. You may not reproduce, republish, sell, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit site content without prior written permission. No license is granted except the limited right to use the site under these Terms.

4. Product reviews, affiliate links, and sponsorships

Reviews and demonstrations reflect Lorna’s opinions and experience at the time content is created. Products, prices, availability, features, promotions, and platform policies can change. You should confirm current information with the seller or manufacturer and decide whether a product is appropriate for you.

Lorna participates in the Amazon Influencer Program and Amazon Associates and may earn commissions from qualifying purchases. Products may be gifted, sponsored, or part of a paid collaboration; applicable disclosures will be provided with the relevant content. Compensation does not guarantee a positive review.

Links may take you to Amazon or other third parties. Purchases and disputes involving those platforms or sellers are governed by their terms, return policies, warranties, and privacy practices. Lorna is not the seller, manufacturer, shipper, or payment processor for those purchases.

5. Free resources and email communications

The Speak Out! ebook is offered for personal educational use. You may download and use your copy, but you may not resell it, post the complete file publicly, remove ownership notices, or distribute it as your own work.

When you request the ebook, you agree that we may use the information you submit to deliver it and send occasional related communications as described on the form and in our Privacy Policy. You may unsubscribe from promotional emails at any time.

6. Collaboration inquiries

Submitting an inquiry or exchanging messages does not create a partnership, employment relationship, agency relationship, exclusivity obligation, or binding campaign agreement. Brand collaborations, content licenses, deliverables, fees, usage rights, timelines, and disclosures must be confirmed in a separate written agreement.

7. Educational and informational disclaimer

Site content is provided for general informational and educational purposes and is not legal, tax, medical, financial, or other licensed professional advice. Results from products, communication techniques, marketing, creator campaigns, or sales strategies vary. No specific audience growth, income, sales, ranking, or business result is promised.

8. Disclaimer of warranties

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the site and its content are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant uninterrupted access, error-free operation, complete accuracy, or that third-party links and services will remain available or secure.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Lorna Earnshaw and the Lorna Influencer/Lorna Finds brands will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, lost profits, lost data, or losses resulting from reliance on site content, use of third-party services, or products purchased through external links. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

10. Indemnity

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to be responsible for claims, losses, or expenses arising from your unlawful misuse of the site, your violation of these Terms, or your infringement of another person’s rights.

11. Changes and availability

We may update, suspend, remove, or change site content or these Terms at any time. The effective date above identifies the latest version. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised Terms. If any provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect.

12. Applicable law and disputes

These Terms are governed by applicable law, without overriding any mandatory consumer protections that apply where you live. Before filing a formal claim, please contact us and allow a reasonable opportunity to resolve the concern informally. Any unresolved dispute will be handled in a court or forum with lawful jurisdiction.

13. Contact
